Curved Mosaic SVG Generator

Creates irregular mosaic pieces with shared curved boundaries like the reference design. The layout begins as a valid Voronoi-style mosaic, then each shared interior edge is replaced by one shared quadratic Bézier curve. Because both neighboring pieces use the exact same curve, there are no gaps or overlaps between tiles.
